I’ll share my knowledge. Because my family tells me that if you get cramps, that means you’re not exactly healthy{Don’t worry, nothing too serious }. After every period, to make up for the blood loss, you need to drink soup or anything like that to help recover or “bow huet”, I suppose. I know this better in chinese, so it’s hard to translate ^^” But well, try not to drink anything cold during your period, as it increase the amount of blood flow {Is this even right xP}. Or try not to eat too much “yee hay yeh” after your period. Or don’t sleep too late. Basically just keep being healthy. Not saying you have to say goodbye to snacks, just eat it less often. Or..in Hong Kong, I know there are special medicine for cramps. Maybe that will help! {I forgot to add, pressure is another thing as well. As stated in some posts above me, if you often study, and not rest enough, cramps will occur. Try taking little breaks in between. A time for stress relief. Maybe just 5 minutes of looking out the window every now a then.}
