Question: Hello everyone! im 18 years old boy, but only weight like….. 95 pounds! ..very skinny!! i ate alot of asian n american foods everyday but still not gain more weight!! n i used to drink milk with ice cream before go to bed, too.. but i dont think it gonna help! n i dont smoke or do drugs.! i went to the doctor before but the medicines they gave me wont help at all.. n their medicines made me feel tired n want to sleep all the time! so im looking for some other good “gain weight pills”!! please help me out! thanks alot!

How tall are you? I mean if your like 5′0 at 95 lb that is different from 6′0 at 95 lb.

I suggest you start doing strength training. The safest and healthiest way to gain weight. Make sure you get 8 hrs of sleep (thats when you “grow”), and have a good diet. Muscle weight is always better than fat weight. Just to put it in perspective, I personally gained 20-25 pounds (and maintained it), but I have the exact WAIST and tummy size from before the weight gain and after. Muscle mass is “denser” than fat mass.

General rule, eat clean meats (poultry, beef and fish) and veggies. Eat tons of things that are fresh and cut down on man made food (like bread, chips, crackers, noodles). Oatmeal+honey is good; fiber to clean your system. I get my fats from meat and almonds, you need some fat to regulate your hormones for muscle growth. Almonds also has a lot of calcium in it, a nice bonus.
