IĀ used to have a bad lower back as well…it was caused by sitting badly during my university years. although massage is very good it doesnt solve the problem. unless u go for a tui na massage. this is actual quite painful but does the trick. another way to loosen those muscles in ur back is to go for acupuncture. effectively tui na and acupuncture gives u the same results. but tui na is more painful. with both treatments though u might need to go more than once to sort the problem. hope this helps!
