This is a stereotype that girls who do sport are muscle-bound. you don’t have to bulk up just because you’re exercising!
like other users have said, doing cardio work will not build muscle. as long as the intensity is not too high. for running, the slower you run the more fat you will burn. if you did sprint intervals, you’ll develop muscle girth in the legs because it is maximal intensity. so you could do gentle jogging, bike ride, swimming…whatever as long as duration is fairly long (20 minutes to start with, working up to 40 minutes-1 hour) and intensity fairly low. try and make it fun too. you should strongly reconsider exercise. No Way To Lose Weight without Exercising.
as for food, keep it healthy. don’t only eat brown rice and vegetables. enjoy what you eat. as long as there’s variety and not too much sat. fat, salt, etc. if you want to lose weight keep your calorific intake smaller than the amount of energy you expend.
perhaps most importantly, you should reconsider your own body image and try to be more comfortable with yourself…i don’t know why you would want to be pure skin and bones
guys don’t find it attractive…it increases the risk of some cancers because of protein deficiency as well as other deficiencies…yeah. hope you find peace anyhow

Eat less , drink lots of water , sleep more and suffer…….It’s not an advisable way but is does work . It’s very unhealthy to lose weight this way , the best way is still doing lots of exercise.
Or With the right diet [one that’s healthy] such as eating salads often… not using so much oil in ur dinner and i also heard that rice isnt good for u. well, as far as i know, if you don’t want muscles but you want to stay thin, there’s no other option aside from exercising. you dont have to do WEIGHT workout which will definitely increase your muscle mass, but you should try TONING your arms and toning your entire body. toning is basically using light weights and straining ur body with them like hold the weights up for a minute. this will NOT give you muscles, but will make you look thin and prettier . Also, actors..actresses.. singers always do pilates. basically you’re on the floor and you lift your legs up together forming a 45 degree [the arch of ur butt ] and holding it there to strengthen ur tummy .
