1.Open your mouth, gently tilt your head backwards and move your bottom lip over your top lip; hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times. Without moving your head backwards take your lower lip of and try to touch your nose with it, repeatedly sticking your tongue to the strengthen mouth and facial muscles. To tighten up a double chin: press your hand to your forehead while resisting with your head and neck. Hold for five seconds, relax and repeat 10 times. i hope that helps!!

2.i think chubby cheeks and that sort of thing are genetic…im not sure you can get rid of them. buttt if you really really want to get rid of them… iguess by going on a diet, you should be able to lose some weight from the face. i once lost pretty much all my face fat (….weird term) when i dieted, but then when i gained weight again, my face didn’t gain too much. so…could try that?
