A Taiwan burglar turned to the wrong expert to evaluate the jade objects hehad stolen.
The jade dealer, surnamed Liao, happened to be the victim of the crime -losing jade objects valued at several million Taiwan dollars from his home lastmonth.
When Liao was asked several days ago to appraise the jade items, heimmediately recognized them as his own.
Police raided the man’s residence and discovered more jade. The man iscurrently under investigation.
