Why did the chicken cross the road? In Zhengzhou, capital of Henan Province, one rooster does when it follows its owner.
Curious onlookers have been astounded to see the chook’s owner, Lu, a local public toilet administrator, bring his 1-year-old rooster called Du Du to work and return home.
Lu said Du Du is intelligent and capable of sensing what he wants. But the white rooster is fierce and is known to bully dogs.
Du Du also watches Lu’s house, keeping an eye on strangers.
