A car driver was injured by a wild goose that dropped from the sky in Beijing on Monday.
Zhang Baohe, 61, saw a large group of wild geese passing overhead when he was driving slowly in the Changping District of the city.
Without warning one of the geese dropped from the sky, smashed through the car’s sunroof and hit Zhang on the head.
Zhang went to hospital and received four stitches. Amazingly, the goose was only slightly injured. It was nevertheless sent to an animal rescue center for observation and will be released in the near future.
