A woman who had her handbag taken after leaving it when she went for a toilet break is now worried because the presumed thief mailed her driving license back to her earlier this week.
Chen, a shopkeeper, lost her mobile phone, keys and car papers in the theft, but got the license back two days later.
She presumed it was the thief who sent her the document and is only now thinking of changing the locks on her house.
