An old woman in the city of Jiaozuo, Henan Province is looking for someone who can help her ascertain her real age.
Cheng Guiying claims she is 103, but her hukou, or household registration certificate, puts her age at 93. Cheng attributes this to reporting an incorrect age in a 1954 census. Gravestones show that Cheng’s older brother was born in 1900 and her younger brother in 1907.
A healthy Cheng now lives in a family of five generations. Her biggest wish is to know her true age.
