Residents at the Dongting Housing Estate, Hubei Province’s Wuchang, have taken pity on a stray dog that gave birth to 10 puppies on Sunday.
The pregnant bitch arrived on the estate two weeks ago and residents made a kennel for it out of wood and cardboard boxes. They also fed the dog and have promised not to stop until its litter is fully grown. She gave birth to 10 puppies, but two died.
