A thief from Tianchang City, located in Anhui Province, can’t seem to get lucky when it comes to evading a local policeman. He was caught by the same officer, surnamed Liang, after he stole a bicycle.
Liang, who was on duty late one night last week, spotted a man in bare foot and stripped to the waist, riding a bicycle. Liang followed him but he immediately turned around and disappeared in a residential quarter after he realized he was being followed.
Liang staked out the gate and caught the thief surnamed Mao. Mao admitted that the bicycle he was riding was stolen just 30 minutes earlier. It was the third time Mao was caught by Liang after stealing.
