Thanks to intensive care at a hospital in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, apremature infant weighing 980 grams at birth is now in stable condition.
The girl was born on June 17 - 11 weeks early. The tiny, at-risk infant hadsuch a small appetite that she could only drink 1 milliliter of milk a day.
Her doctors are now confident in the girl’s survival. Four years ago theydelivered a boy weighing 980 grams, who is now as healthy and tall as hispeers.
