Singer Agnes Chan tearfully talked to media about her surgery in December to take out a benign salivary gland tumor. The singer talked about discovering a lump near her right side last year and in October, her doctor recommended surgery. The surgery took 4 hours and Chan showed media of where the incision took place on the back side of her head near the ear area.
She talked about the agonizing months of worry that the tumor would be malignant and that the situation has given her a new look on life and how precious it really is.
She then talked about returning to work and how it’s still difficult to open her mouth to eat, thus she must eat in very small portions.[by ttenovy]
