Charlene Choi and Ekin Cheng finally act as a pair of lovers in the new movie “風雲 II” after 6 years apart, Nic has agree to take the villain role in the movie.
Although the movie hasn’t start filming yet it has been secretly planned to start filming in May. The Pang Brothers have announce the upcoming movie “Wind and Cloud” and they intented to get a South Korea girl to take the lead. However, it was reported that the movie company has a feeling that Charlene Choi would suit it better. It was believe that Charlene could sell the movie all over Southeast Asia and Twins has also recently won for “Asia’s Favorite Female Singer” Although South Korea have found a young girl for the role, the director and movie company became uninterest in the idea. It was reported that the movie company has been consulting with EEG inspector/manager Huo Wenhsi and they have set to sign the contract for the movie. It have been reveal that Patrick Tam would be guest starring in the movie as well. Ah Sa has act with Ekin in 2002 in “My Wife is 18″ and the chemistry was great but have been seperate for 6 years. The filming would be in Thailand for at least 3 months and the film would be release in 2009. The movie was reported to have similar scenes from “The Promise” and “The Banquet”.

For fans who wonder when Butterfly Lovers with Wu Zun fits in. There haven’t been any news except Zun accepting the role in an interveiw. It could be a clash of schedule for both ah Sa and Zun at the same time. Fans believe that the only time the both could fit it in there schedule are during Feb. More news might come later!
