Taiwan pop singer and actress Angela Cheung appeared at a press conference on Thursday in Beijing to share her consummate make-up skills with female fans.
Cheung recently beat out Jolin Tsai as the star with the best make-up skills in an online poll initiated by a fashion magazine.
At the event, Cheung personally applied eye make-up to one attendee. She said proper make-up application increases women’s confidence in public, but people must take care to choose cosmetics suitable for their own skin conditions, and should not blindly purchase products.[by francesca]
