Zhangshaohan’s popularity is soaring and has been very busy even during the Lunar New Year. Her song “Invisible Wings” 《隱形的翅膀》is one of China’s most popular songs. Right after a Beijing event, she flew right back to Taipei for Lunar New Year’s Day to pay New Year’s call to her mother. The following day, she flew to Canada to reunite with her father and siblings.
She said years ago that she wishes to have a chance to return to Canada to do some video recording. Unfortunately, her schedule only permits a short 48-hour stay, and can only get into her home at nights. Although this time is a five-day holiday, Zhangshaohan will fly to New York today to enjoy a Broadway musical. At the end of March, she will be having a concert in Taipei Arena and she hopes to learn some lessons in Broadway. In order to perform well in the concert, she has undergone some intense training aside from breathing exercises but at the same time also hopes to gain some weight. She’s been eating and drinking a lot during the Lunar New Year period. She said with a smile, “after the New Year I hope to see you all. I may be so fat then”.
