Not only is she the leading actress in idol dramas, Ariel is also the princess of advertisements. This year, she has already received 7 advertisement offer within this two months, earning close to 40,000,000, even attracting the breakfast outlets chain, which has never need a spokesperson. Ariel, as the friendly spokesperson, even went to this breakfast outlet near her house to check on the environment & menu recently. When asked if she would scold them if she finds a cockroach in the shop, she jokingly replied “I’ll tell the boss immediately, but I’ll not scold people.”
Approaching Ariel as the spokesperson for breakfast is the ideal choice. Because of the special working condition that the entertainment circle has, most actors would tend to wake up at a later time, & have their breakfast & lunch together. However Ariel belongs to those kind who wakes up early, if its during her filming period she would leave the house in the early morning for work, so eversince she became an actress, she has been eating breakfast everyday.
She mentions that when she’s filming in mainland China, they do not have breakfast outlets everywhere like Taiwan does, thus also not much variety. Hence she would ask her assistant to make soyabean milk without sugar, accompanied with steamed sweet potato, which is nutritious & not fattening. Because she has been losing weight for quite some time already, she could even be a nutritionist, she says “sweet potato helps in expelling the toxics in the body, & gives a feeling of full-ness, hence it is the best food.”
Apart from breakfast outlets, Ariel has already finished filming 5 advertisements this year, following which the other 2 advertisements are already more or less decided. Since she finished filming in mainland China, she has been filming advertisements in Taiwan. Although advertising gives a better pay than acting does, Ariel still loves acting. If the script is good, she wouldn’t mind how tough it would be. This year, apart from the idol drama 「纸玫瑰」/ [Paper Rose], she would also continue filming the movie.
