Yesterday morning there was number 8 gale warning in Hong Kong, however Charlene Choi(蔡卓妍) (Ah Sa) was rushing to get to the airport to fly to Thailand for a press conference. On her journey to the airport, a tree suddenly collapsed on to her van breaking the windscreen glass. Fortunately Charlene was not injured. But that was not the only shock, she also experienced a severe turbulence while on the plane.
Ronald Cheng’s previous rumoured girlfriend Miriam Yeung also had a similar incident a few weeks ago. But ended up being stuck in the car, however escaped any serious injuries. It seemed that Ronald’s current rumoured girlfriend Charlene also faced the same incident. Even though there was a 8 gale warning, Charlene wasn’t influenced by the stormy weather and carried on her plans to get the plane to Thailand to attend the Press conference for New Movie “The Storm Warriors” (Sequel to The Storm Riders). Charlene had already felt the strong gales while she came out of her house. But after a short journey in the van, a big tree suddenly collapsed and fell on their van. She was totally shocked and didn’t know what to do. When they got out of the van they found that the front of the van, windscreen glass, and engine was seriously damaged. Therefore, she had to call her management to arrange for another van to drive her to the airport.
Experienced Severe Turbulence while on the plane
Due to Charlene’s assistant not being able to get a taxi to the airport. Charlene’s driver had to drive to Yuen Long to pick her assistant up. They rushed to the airport but due to the plane being delayed Charlene was lucky enough to get on that plane. While on the plane she also experienced a severe turbulence. Fortunately she landed safely and arrived at her destination to attend the press conference.
After the incident Charlene expressed her feelings “It was really scary, all I wanted to do was do my job. At that moment I immediately thought Living is the meaning of life. My colleagues told me to do a worshipping and buy a lottery ticket when I arrive back in Hong Kong”.
When we mentioned that she experienced the same incident as Miriam Yeung, Charlene replies “ I didn’t know about it because I wasn’t in Hong Kong at the time. But I heard about it from colleagues”.
Gillian Chung rumoured to film Hollywood Movie
Charlene had already filmed the whole movie “The Storm Warriors(風雲 II)” but she attended the press conference in Thailand to promote it. There were rumours that Gillian Chung would be filming a Hollywood movie, but Mani had denied this. Asked Charlene what she thought about the rumours “I hope that Gillian can get open a new area in her life. We are similar and just want to value what we have right now. By working hard and doing our best”. She admitted that she had been seeing Gillian and that she was currently training very hard.
