Dina Lohan has a few words of advice for Miley Cyrus’ mom Tish after her teen daughter’s topless Vanity Fair photo scandal.

“I don’t know Miley’s mom, but stay strong,” Dina told momlogic.com after receiving a “Top Mom” award in Long Island, New York, on Wednesday.

“Stay strong, keep your head up,” added Lohan, whose daughter Lindsay went to rehab three times last year. “You know, and be her mom.”

Cyrus, 15, faced fan outrage after posing semi-topless for Vanity Fair photographer Annie Leibovitz earlier this month. She later apologized, saying she was embarrassed. (A source told Us her parents were not on set when the controversial snaps were taken.)

Following the news, Cyrus’ Disney show, Hannah Montana, saw a 14 percent dip in ratings, according to Nielsen Media Research.
