Hwa Kang Arts School(華崗藝校) is a prestigious academy in Taipei where a lot of Taiwanese celebrities attended. Recently they held this event for the purpose of creating the first ever ‘Hua Yi Shing Guang Top Ten’ for their school. This is only the first round, and will follow with two others in May.
On another note, there was some discussion about whether Rainie Yang should be allowed to be included in the poll due to the fact that she never graduated from the school. But as one can see, she is in the list, but not as high up as one of her status. [by: Narutard@Hideout]
