Chinese Super Girl Zhang Liangying joined the first day of recording for the song “Give Your Love” for World Peace One Tuesday in the United States.
World Peace One has invited big names, like U2, Madonna, the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd and Green Day, to come together and sing the song as a call for world peace.
Zhang Liangying is the only Asian female singer that has been invited to participate.
Zhang met and talked with one of her favorite American musicians, Brian McKnight, after the first day of recording in Los Angeles.
After the song is completed, a concert entitled “A Call for an End to War” will take place on August 11 in the United States, featuring an unprecedented lineup of world-class performers from every corner of the globe. It will reach a 3.5 billion-strong audience across 180 countries via television, radio, the internet and streaming cell phones.
Zhang Liangying will perform at the concert.
