Entourage air takes flight
Adrien Grenier’s hit US TV show Entourage will soar to new heights after rebranding US domestic flights with its name.
Flights from New York’s John F Kennedy International Airport to Las Vegas have been dubbed Entourage Air thanks to the show’s partnership with Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin America.
The in-flight product placement is HBO’s latest effort to promote Entourage’s forthcoming fifth season - which will premiere when the Vegas-bound flight takes off on 4 September.
The promotion will also introduce Entourage Class - offering champagne, chocolates and beauty products to first-class passengers.
The network’s programming will be available on all Virgin America planes as part of the licensing deal, which runs through October 2009.
