Jacky Wu lose a lawsuit, fine on tax makeup NTD 6.34 millions

Jacky Wu’s(吳宗憲) film company(颉客隆) was found inflated costs in the year 2000, demanded fine on tax makeup a total of NTD 6.34 millions. Jacky Wu fight against this adjudication order, but the Taiwan Supreme Administrative Court still affirms the original judgement.

Jacky Wu’s company with the IRS a total of six lawsuit about tax in 2000 and 2001, has not win a lawsuit, yesterday he said: “The payment to pay, no way, I can see very open, just regard as a donation to the government, if not how to do?”

Jacky Wu’s tax evasion cases are very similar in nature, the IRS reviewed the operating costs of these companies, that have inflated the cost of the case.
