Billy from The Subways has said his most rock and roll moment was meeting Dave Grohl from The Foo Fighters.
Billy said: “It was just out of this world for me.
“I grew up with Nirvana and I love Nirvana and The Foo Fighters.
“To have Dave Grohl come up to us and say do you want to support us, it just blows your mind.”
Billy said he has a lot of respect for Grohl: “He’s easily one of the nicest guys in rock n roll.
On playing with Grohl, Billy said: “It’s quite overwhelming and you feel not worthy for a quite a long time.”
