Actor Tommy Lee Jones has filed a GBP5,4 million lawsuit against the studio bosses behind No Country For Old Men over unpaid fees.
The veteran star claims Paramount Pictures executives promised him “significant box-office bonuses” - but failed to pay up after the Oscar-winning movie grossed over GBP85 million worldwide.
According to website TMZ, Jones agreed to take a reduced upfront fee for the role of Sheriff Ed Tom Bell on the condition of the bonuses.
Paramount Pictures heads have yet to comment on the legal action.
